Richard Machowicz is a body-builder and ex-Navy SEAL who is widely known for his unique and challenging muscle building exercising program. Additionally, he is the author of the exceptional motivational novel: Unleashing The Warrior Within. As a Navy SEAL Machowicz pushed his body to the limits and learned what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to building muscle tone and living a healthy lifestyle.

During the Vietnam War, Navy SEALs were present and hard at work. In 1962 there were a handful of Navy SEALs who were serving as military advisors in Vietnam. In 1966 the first deployment of Navy SEAL combat forces were introduced to Vietnam. In 1971 the last deployment of Navy SEALs to Vietnam was made, though some single Navy SEALs were still sent in as military advisors.

Pete Wikul, the longest serving Navy SEAL in American History officially retired on September 25, 2009. Wikul had previously held the title of “Bull Frog.” This title recognizes an individual who carries the largest amount of cumulative service once they have completed BUD/S Training. This title is given to this individual regardless of rank.
