Vitamins, minerals, proteins, and carbohydrates will all combine to give your body the strength it needs to go through Navy SEAL training and refine you into a SEAL-worthy candidate. You’ll be able to absorb these essential nutrients based on the diet that you develop, although you’ll need to be careful. For as many positive food that you can eat, there are just as many negative effects that certain foods could give you. Caffeine is one of these elements.

There are many conflicting reports about how alcohol can affect your system. While it is universally agreed that too much alcohol is incredibly harmful, you will find some doctors who say that the anti-oxidents in alcohol can be beneficial in moderation, while other specialists say that alcohol should be avoided altogether. Recruits to the Navy SEALs should be careful, therefore, about their own alcohol consumption and potentially cut it out of their diets until they are at their peak physical levels.

Besides the legal implications of illegal drugs, they can harm the body in very fundamental ways and this will not help any Navy SEAL with being at their physical and mental prime.
