Actually becoming a Navy SEAL means that you will have worked hard and that you have brought yourself farther than nearly any other man alive will have during their lifetime. This, on its own, is a great accomplishment to be proud of. You will, however
, want to consider how the Navy SEALs are compensated for all of their hard work toward the country. America will certain take care of its Navy SEALs, the team which performs at an elite level.
The actual pay level for a Navy SEAL will vary based upon their rank and the time with which they have served. You cannot expect to find one rate of pay when examining the Navy SEALs. You will, however, need to keep in mind that on top of the base pay, additional allowances are given to help SEALs in particular areas. On top of the pay, extra money will be given to the SEALs for their housing and food. Once the soldier actually becomes a full-fledged Navy SEAL, a bonus will be given as well.
Bonuses will continue to be given if SEALs re-enlist when their initial enlistment times have been completed. If you plan on making a career out of being a SEAL, you can expect bonuses at regular intervals during your time. Additional compensations will also be given during your time as a Navy SEAL, based on specific types of duties that you will need to perform. All in all, on top of servicing your country, you can expect to be paid well for being a Navy SEAL.
