How to Avoid Stress Fractures When Training to Become a Navy SEAL

Stress fracture is one of the reasons why US Navy SEAL wannabes fail to complete the Basic Underwater Demolitions training or BUD/S. There are two most common reasons behind it. One is lack of bone nutrition and the other is the difficulty to focus on the progression phase of the training.

But for any person who wants to pursue his dreams in the US Navy SEAL, it is happy to note that there are ways to be able to prevent stress fracture. One is to incorporate enough calcium needed in the diet. Another is to avoid drinking soda.

Besides changing diet structures, there are other ways to prevent this common US Navy SEAL wannabe stress. The aspirant must focus on changing his workout program. This is to assure that he is undertaking progressive steps in the process. Once the fitness program is progressive, it will also be easier to devise exercises that can prevent stress fracture.
