How to Become a Navy SEAL: Do’s and Don’ts

buds_waterThere are a number of requirements that a person must pass if he wants to become part of the Navy SEALs. Basic requirements include being a US citizen, 18 years old, a high school graduate, and enlisted with the US Navy. He should also pass eyesight requirements as well as achieve certain scores on the ASVAB and the special physical screening test for Navy SEALs. Most of all, he should not have any record of drug abuse or any criminal record, not even for traffic violation.

Preparation for enlistment with the Navy SEALs begins long before the actual examinations. That is because he would need to train in swimming as well as building his body and keeping healthy. A person who wants to become a SEAL will have better success training under an ex-Navy SEAL. He should also be careful and avoid any intoxicating substances and in choosing his associations in case they turn out to be criminals.
