Don Shipley is a former United States Navy SEAL who runs and operates a unique and powerful training course and website known as: extremesealexperience.com.  The objective of this website is to give men who are considering taking part in BUD/S Training, a little taste of what to expect, and also to teach them how to mentally and physically prepare themselves for the experience.

This elite training course can be attended by any man who is truly looking to prepare themselves for their future and for BUD/S Training to become a Navy SEAL.  The training course is conducted at various times each year, and covers all types of training and grueling exercises.

Many past Navy SEALs recommend this course with the highest regards.  If a man can’t survive this short training course, then there is no way they will survive actual BUD/S Training.   However, those candidates who do attend this training course can seriously determine if they have what it takes to survive BUD/S Training.
